It's the setup of your monitor - the opened file on my desktop and netbook both showed as neutral B+W.  Check you have latest drivers installed and see if the graphics side has a utility to change the display on the screen.  It's not the image file.

If you cannot easily find "how" - check the manufacturer's website and if necessary, post a question to their support people.
