Yes, I posted those HDR images of that building.  I usually make just two adjustments to the NEF files before converting them to TIFF's (white balance and distortion corrections)...then import the TIFFs into Nik's HDR Efex Pro2 software.  From there, I let HDR Efex Pro2 blend the exposures.  I then take the blended TIFF back in to Lightroom and/or Photoshop and process it just like any other image (usually adding some contrast back).
