I think APS-C is just right, no need for FF, but not really sure. What do you think?

I figure that FF will be:

1. expensive

2. bigger body

3. bigger lenses

4. expensive lenses

What it will give us is less noise (around 1.5 time less ideally) - that can be improved in APS-C as well.

Better DOF - well, it can be compensated by faster lenses for APS-C (however yet to see some f1.4 lenses for NEX APS-C, hopefully some will come).

High ISO performance - well again can be improved in APS-C, given that it's already not bad.

DR - not really dependent on sensor size - some APS-C sensors have wider DR than some FFs.

So eventually if Sony can further improve APS-C NEX lineup and produce faster lenses to partially compensate for noise/DOF/high ISO then I think for many it would make a better choice to stick with APS-C maintaining compact size and mobility while getting better and better results.

What do you guys think?
