Agreed. To add to this, I'd argue that focusing at night is another drawback of the Nikon 1 system, at least as far as my V1 goes. It's nowhere near the capability of my Panasonic mirrorless models in low light. Maybe they changed that with the V2 but I have my doubts. Nikon V1 is only good in good light, in my opinion.

Also, I recently came to the conclusion sometimes my mirrorless models focus better (at static objects) than my Nikon D5100 at night too. It looks like Panasonic is doing their autofocus homework well. I simply can't rely on the Nikon V1 focusing well in dim light.
