Why mirrorless over dslr?

mirrorless = face/contrast detect AF, no AF adjust, less possibly faulty mechanical parts,...

mirrorless = face/contrast detect AF ( more exact ),

no per-lens AF adjust necessary,

sensor more easy to clean because closer to the mount,

less possibly faulty mechanical parts,

and lens design advantages: The light does not have to pass the far from the sensor away mount opening ( the opening is closer to the sensor ). For wide angle and middle angle to wide angle, better lenses can be expected in the future than for DSLRs ( but this also depends if the photogear maker understands the importance of lenses or not ).

For video the mirror in the dslr is useless and only adds unnecessary complexity.
