While possible, the biggest problem I see is letting the electronics know what the mechanical parts are doing.  If I recall correctly, there were a couple of attempts for Nikon backs on some of their better models; but they failed to reach the market.  Even with a popular model like the Nikon F3 it would be a small volume product and probably expensive enough to let you buy a new or used digital that would use your Nikon lenses  There are probably not enough Konica owners who would want to convert to make it a viable product.

I'd also think the back would be rather bulky in order to find room for all the needed electronics and a decent sized battery and a display.
