A few small points.

RAW files don't have a color space assigned to them in the camera. The camera displays a 8-bit sRGB JPG so if you are shooting RAW files it is best to set the camera to sRGB, not aRGB. You should set the camera WB to the correct value for the lighting and use any camera presets like Scenic, Portrait, or Vivid that you want applied in the final image. This way the camera image will look as close as possible to what you want for the final image.

Note that as LR loads the images it will create its own thumbnails which is why you will see them change during the uploading process.

Adobe recommends setting the Working Color Space of Photoshop to ProPhoto if you are using it in combination with LR. If you do this then be sure that when you save JPGs that you use the Edit>Convert to Profile>sRGB command before saving or that you use the File>Save for Web command. If you don't do this the JPG will have the ProPhoto color space embedded in it and the colors will be wrong.

Is you printer color calibrated? If not then you should consider doing that.

As mentioned, be sure to turn off the printer color controls if you are printing from LR. You should use the correct profile for the printer, ink, and paper. Soft proofing - it isn't 100% accurate but it will help you recognize when colors are out of range and won't print correctly.
