The difference in minute in any case. 24 FPS is the standard film rate. So, if you want the look of film, 24 is what you want anyway. 30 (or rather 29.97 to be technical) is standard for video. And, the 7D, 6D and 5D Mark III all do 30 FPS in 1920x1080. The only reason to do 60 is to capture at a high frame rate to allow for better slow motion effects.
