I agree that DWI is acting disgracefully. As stated in an earlier post, other companies would just replace the item or offer a refund

It is also a disgrace and a black mark against the company that I have to put in a claim with our consumer protection authority. Sadly it is the only way to handle companies that have no business ethics.
