The three Canon lenses you have are good lenses.

The Sigma 12-24 is not a stellar lens - it has very poor corners. The Nikon 28-300 VR is a decent/good consumer lens, but is a stop slower than your existing Canon lenses.

Look to the Tokina 16-28 UWA instead of the Sigma. And consider a better telephoto instead of the 28-300 VR.

You are probably going to have to pitch in more $$ for better glass if you want to get the most out of that D600.
