Why is my NEX not as good as RX100 or even LX5?

I've heard it said before but will repeat that the interface on RX100 has many wins over NEX.

For me the grouping into smaller sub menus and the 3 user settings on rotary dial. I also believe the PASM modes remember more individual setting selections/ options than NEX (ie in A mode set iso 200, in S mode set iso auto, go to A and get your 200 back. Of course this latter could be annoying for some - do I recall it right?)
