HyperSync on the Nikon D7100
PocketWizard did an interesting webinar covering HyperSync in detail yesterday: http://www.pocketwizard.com/videos/education/webinar19
Around the 44 minute mark he shows his results using the Canon 5D Mark II and the Alien Bees 1600. I was surprised to see such poor results (large black band in one, very uneven coverage in the other), since I tested this same thing recently on my site. I was using a Nikon D7100 (which isn't even officially supported by PocketWizard) and a Paul Buff White Lightning X2400, but it's weird that his results were more similar to my results with the Nikon SB-900 than the X2400, could the camera make that much of a difference?
