If you're shooting RAW, then skin tone is completely in your hands. Any modern camera can get decent skin tone with the right processing.

This is not completely true. It's not possible to get Fuji-like skin tone with any other brands regardless of adjustment.

I'm always puzzled by statements like these. If you see an image, are you able to say which camera was used to take it? Or does the Fuji color only become recognizable when one knows that a Fuji camera was used? No snide remark here, I am truly perplexed by all this. I can't see it.

Technically, you can achieve any skin tone with RAW. But between camera manufacturers and RAW software manufacturers, the rest of the colors of the image will look different relative to the skin tone (red and orange). And when you try to adjust those colors, there would be other roll on effects and it becomes a very difficult process.

At least that has been my experience.
