Argh... another "sensor-size-discussion". I think its pretty straightforward: FF or other bigger sensors will always have some advantages - on the long run: shallower depth of field (which might also be a disadvantage), better noise performance etc. And it will always have the disadvantage of being bigger and heavier. Thats it.

You COULD take in (maybe) that FF is not as large in the sense of being a "niche": sales in pure numbers are lower, so I would guess, the rate of technology-adaptation might be slower. But I think there will always be a place for FF or other bigger sensors....
