Which goes to show that the quality of out-of-focusness has as much or more to do with the characteristics of the scene, the nature of of the lighting, the distance between the (in-focus) subject and the (out-of-focused) background, the aperture, etc. as anything inherent in the lens itself.

Also the bird pictures are taken with the Sony 55-210, but yes certain backgrounds will give busier results
