GR — capable camera but stereotyped use
Jun 17, 2013

I'd be interested to see the examples of GR used not only as a "street camera" in a typical, stereotyped "contemporary street style". When I see exaggerated b&w treatment on top of that, it makes one wonder is that bloody all?

[Digression: no wonder many of GR photogs have little clue about fine nuances of colour processing]

Is anyone using the GR camera to memorise family moments, in reportage, travel, nature photography and in everything else that photography is also about?

Must everything be skewed and b&w?

I cannot but notice that GR is a damn capable camera, but rendered almost useless by such a narrow field of use.
