Not blaming T4i... it's my ignorance

Hello guys, I have some problems with autofocus in portraits with my T4i. It's not the camera.., maybe i have the wrong settings. I usually use for portraits Autoiso, P mode, AF central point, focus and recompose scene. However, often my portraits are a bit blurred. Maybe stabilitation lens is playing an important role in this problem (always is on) or speed is not enough, i don't know. What are your setting for kids portraits (not a steady steady people, you know) for avoid blurred shots. I've tried AF servo nine points, with bad results... I don't know is better don't use Autoiso (sometimes gives me slow speeds) and set manually aperture and speed....  My lens is Canon 18-135 STM IS.

Thanks for your support

Best regards

Canon EOS Rebel T4i (EOS 650D / EOS Kiss X6i)
