My experience in landscape photography at short distances and with a 65kmph wind you need 1/1000 sec to be sharp no need af any hurricane

Seriously, I was expecting a very bad, smudged picture, but on the right side I could count the bricks in the side of the building. Look at the bottom and you can see the details of the cracks in the pavement where it's painted. On the left side there's lettering that can be read. The only place where it's "smudging" is in the needles of the trees. It has to be aggressive noise reduction on a picture that probably didn't need any noise reduction.
