I have the relatively unknown Sigma 70 2.8 Macro.  It works well even if the handling is a bit antique (no if, no os, no mf override).  Very versatile focal length for me since I shoot mostly flowers and it is still short enough to use as a walk around lens on occasion.  Good fl for portraits, too.  If you like being part of a small club, the Sigma 70 is for you.
