Exactly.  What this is really about is long time pros with thousands of dollars worth of equipment being butt hurt over the fact that now a skilled amateur with almost no over head and rebel body can shoot weddings for $500-$1000, have satisfied customers and a viable, profitable, tax paying business.  What is really going on here with crys for licensing is the desire to force out new competition and try to force the photography market back into the mold it had 15 years ago.
