Use your smartphone to scan film 35mm negs/trans!
Jun 12, 2013

I chanced upon this device (I am not connected with this company) and thought might be useful to give the link in case anyone interested. Not of use to me personally but could interest some - my thought could be useful for scanning old family negs and sending positive images to another family member's smartphone as a simple way to share old photos. Seems quite a low cost at $59 for this device. I assume it could work with larger negs if, say, just a section no greater than 35mm contains the interesting bits.
