I like your plan overall.

But if you really want the 10-22 (and it is an outstanding lens!), as much as I recommend the 15-85 IS as a general lens (mine stays on my 60D), I'd suggest you buy the 24-105L IS to go with the 10-22.

Then you might even re-think the 70-200/4 IS and get the impressive 100-400L IS instead (used for around $1100). This will all end up about the same cost overall for your final kit, but you'll be covered with quality lenses from 10mm to 400mm! That's equiv to 16mm to 640mm on FF! And the two "L" lenses will be available if you ever decide to buy a FF camera.
