What NEX model fits best

Getting back in to things after a few years brake after my DSLR went up in smoke...

the primary use will be for Backpacking.

-landscapes

-wildlife

i like these new mirroless cameras for there compact and weight.

i am a little stumped on what one to buy

i like the price tag on the NEX-5 but the lack of viewfinder could cause problems due to out doors and LCD being hard to see in the sun.

the NEX-6 is nice but seems like a gimped 7 for the little price difference the jump to the 7 might be worth it.

then there is the NEX-7 i would jump right on it if it was not for a new model coming out soon. problem with that is if i hold out for the new model it will be too late for the big trips.

i am very very rusty just coming out of retirement. a little learning curve with all this new equipment any input or ideas are welcome.
