Replacing Olympus OM-D with Fuji XE-1 or Xpro-1

Would you please help me to resolve a question if it is justifiable to replace the set I currently have with Fuji XE-1 or Xpro-1.

I have Olympus OM-D with 12-50mm, Oly 20mm-f/1.4, Oly 9-19mm, Oly 45mm, 2 flashes: FL-36R and FL-20, power battery holder HLD-6.  Second system is X100S and external flash EF-X20.

My question is – I’m very tempted to replace 4/3 system with either XE-1 or Xpro-1 plus XF 18-55mm, XF 14mm, and XF 35mm utilizing discount offered.

Should I do that or not?
