EASY raw programs

Never managed to get anything out of raw programs. Get very easily confused when programs are complicated. In Canon DPP I manage to use the program, but a file fixed in 5 minutes, have to be fixed in Windows Live Photogallery, using one minute. Tried Photo Ninja, options to the left disappeared and did not come back next time. FastStone, clicked on image, filled the whole screen, stuck. Silkypix a bit better. Lots of options for Contrast, but no slider like in Windows Live Photogallery? And the same for the other sliders there? Can change a bit here and a bit there, but do not get what I want. In WLP I can fix a lot in one minute.

Any programs for jpeg and raw better than WLP and as easy to use? Not better for YOU, but one that could be for me. I'll give it one more try.
