I'm guessing a decent quality SSD would still last 5 years. By then it's likely obsolete anyway. Personally, I replace (or redeploy to very non-critical use) HDD's after 5 years since their reliability tends to fall rapidly past that point.

Worst case, a 256GB SSD is going to easily outlast a D800 shutter (rated for 200,000 clicks) and be considerably cheaper to replace.
