Don't worry about EVF vs OVF.

In 5-year perspective only top pro bodies still had OVF.

Very true, IMO. OVF only really has an advantage where getting the shot trumps everything else (because of its responsiveness and low power consumption).

The truth is very sad. The cheaper alternative will always win. EVF is thousandfold cheaper because of no mechanical adjustments needed. And it perfectly compose with AI technologies for image enchacement.

Yep, EVFs are a lot cheaper.

What's weird, though, is that mirrorless bodies aren't cheaper than DSLR equivalents. The D5100 and NEX-5r, both with a 18-55/3.5-5.6 kit lens, cost about $600. But the D5100 has an additional moving mirror, PDAF sensor, pentamirror, and larger body. How does that work out?
