What devices are currently popular to use as back-up storage? I don't want the weight of a laptop, For a long time I used an Epson storage device, but with today's large image file sizes it is way too small.

I bought the Olympus OMD E-M5 specifically to travel lighter so I also needed a laptop-less solution. I've been putting it together for a few weeks but have yet to take it on the road. I'm leaving in 2 days for my next trip so we'll see how it all turns out!

My current setup:

iPad mini

Transcend or Eye-Fi cards

ShutterSnitch app - much better than the manufacturer apps for the cards

iUSBport w/ 64GB & 32GB flash drive - I can FTP from the ShutterSnitch app to the drives and back up all the photos. iUSBport works with any USB drive but I didn't feel the need to take 1TB with me for this trip. If needed I can probably pick one up while I'm traveling.
