Thank you for your response. The problem is that the soft proof image looks fine. If my print looked like the soft proof I would be happy. When printing from photoshop, I go through the print dialog box, select my printer profile, and select print. The last thing that happens before the photo is printed, is a print perview window opens. It is in this window that the image looks light and over-saturated, nothing like the soft proof image. The resulting print looks just like the print preview image, and nothing like the soft proof image. This is making me crazy and I would welcome any advice.
