For a Bag, I love the flipside range from Lowe Pro. It has a pull out 'Tongue' to put the tripod feet in and a strap/clip to secure its length. It also has a pull out rain cover and is really comfy. I have the 300 version and fully loaded its heavy but the straps don't feel like they are cutting into you.
