Do you change lenses in the fields?

I am using the OM-D EM5 with 60mm Macro and 75-300mm lenses. I take insect photos. The 60mm Macro is for small insects. The 75-300mm is for large insects such as butterflies and dragonflies.

I found changing lenses in the field is not practical. In the forest the environment is not perfect for changing lenses. Those insects will not wait for me neither. Do you guys have the similar problem? What I did was to plan ahead for each trip and took only one lens with me. I then always missed some opportunity.

May be I should go with two cameras, each attached with either lens. I am thinking to add the E-PM2, it is less than 300g in weight anyway. We enjoy light weight in the M3/4 world.

What is your experience in changing lenses in different environment?
