Panasonic 20mm. Or 14? I really like both. If I were to take a single lens on a vacation, it would probably be the 20. Or 14?

If it was me and I had to choose one - and only one - of those two lenses then I would go for the 20/1.7 because it's brighter than the 14, optically superior and closer to a "normal" focal length.

That's the conclusion I come to when I use logic. Much like I argue that current sensor cameras such as my E-M5 are superior to older ones such as my GF3. But when I glance at my desk, just left of my coffee mug, I see a GF3 with a 14mm.

Ha! Yeah, I know what you're saying. I often find myself shooting with the 14-42 IIR, which is supposed to be junk. And I still choose to use an E-P3 over the newer cameras.

Yep ...there are faster, quicker, higher IQ and everything else, but the GF3 and 14 combo (or 20) is just plain fun ...and produces some great results.
