Win8 hidden taskbar problem
I have my taskbar set to auto-hide (just as I did with Win7, Vista, and WinXP). Often when my laptop comes out of sleep mode the taskbar will not appear when I move the mouse corner to the bottom of the screen in desktop mode. I didn't have this problem with previous versions of Windows. I have discovered that if I start the task manager usually the taskbar will return to normal and will appear when the mouse cursor is moved to the bottom of the screen. Sometimes starting the task manager is not enough though and if I right click on Windows Explorer in the task manager Processes tab and select Restart the taskbar will return to normal. My Win8 has current updates.
Has anyone else seen this bug in Win8? Anyone know how to fix it?
