If you can find an area nearby that is a bit more neutral like a grey sidewalk or parking lot, that is - not covered in the blue turf -  get a WB there. When you shoot on the turf your WB should be better. Less cyan and blue bouncing up from blue turf on white uniforms and skin tones. Won't totally solve the problem, as our eyes still will see the large area of blue turf, but as they say, it is what it is. If anyone's watched Boise State football on TV, it's painful.

This works for overly green areas like forests - where objects other than nature are part of the scenes - people, structures, etc. Also works for wierd colors (pink, orange etc) on painted walls.

Haha, why don't these field designers consult photographers before they build their fields?
