Increase in M4/3rd sensor megapixels?
1

I am in the process of deciding between investing in either a Micro Four Thirds or APS-C mirroless system and I am taking into consideration size and image quality.   I know Mega Pixels are only one factor of image quality but generally more mega pixels bring more detail.   Considering the image quality of cameras like the Sony RX-100 with a smaller sensor than micro four thirds, do you see Olympus or Panasonic moving to at least 20 mega pixels in the near future.   16 mega pixels are great, but for some photoshop work I like to do, I can always use more Pixels.    I like the size and lens selection of  M43rds but would love to see a 20-24 megapixel version of the OM-D E-M5 early next year.

What do you guys think?  Will it happen soon?   I didnt find anything on any of the rumor sites.
