Just wondered what minimum shutter speeds everyone else is achieving sharp shots with using their IS lenses?

I've read that you can go 2-3 stops slower that the equivalent focal length however anything over 1-2 stops for me and i am starting to see a bit of blur (maybe it's my technique)

I am particularly interested in what minimum speeds people are getting with the 24-105mm IS and the 70-200 2.8 IS

With 24-105 can do 1/5s @ 24mm and 1/15s @ 105mm

With 70-200 IS II can do 1/15s @ 200mm

But without IS, 200mm would need to be at 1/200s to have a good enough keeper rate

It's definitely a day and night difference with and without IS.
