Does anyone know what the powder is made of? Does it have various forms or compositions? What is used to produce the color?

Given how fine it is and that it is designed to stick, it looks like about 80 years of smoking in 5 minutes of exposure.

Any biologists here have an informed basis for judging the degree of health risk or damage?
