I didn't see that written on the box when I bought CS5.  During my research I did see a lot of loyalty from users, and I saw a lot on the Adobe web site about support.  I'm not naive, I knew it wasn't true, but they sure did advertise it that way.

The customer is always right...  Heard that somewhere.  Yeah, I know that mindset is dead.

Not much good news anymore.
