I haven't really heard conclusively, in terms of numbers of opinions on this thread that agree or disagree with you.  However, either way, you present an interesting option. I wonder how that 20mm performs in comaprison to the Oly 45mm in question.

In my experience, the 45mm focuses quicker in low light and is a wee bit sharper, although the latter difference will be invisible even in large prints (ie., 16x20 inches).  Focal length should be the dominant consideration in choosing between the two.
