This is simple guys! When you are in Aperture priority mode with a manual lens connected, the Sony user interface gives you the option to switch the Aperture control dial to a manual Aperture value recording mode. Since Sony was worried about user confusion they added a pop-up message that comes up everytime you change the aperture warning you that you are only affecting the recorded value not the actual aperture which still needs to be changed manually.
