Both shutter settings and aperture settings have practical uses. ISO under normal use does not. ISO is just set to the minimum possible to allow your choice of aperture or shutter speed. You raise it only when you run out of shutter speed or aperture settings.

In other words, I'm afraid you're not on to a winner there!
