Konica Hexanon AR 57mm 1.2

I've recently come into possession of this lens. Searching the net seems to show that it is quite rare and somewhat sought after. eBay listings show asking prices of $700 and up.

Two questions:

- Does anyone know if it will fit onto Pentax?

- Is it really worth that much?
