Look this is all pretty static. Also, you show what many do not like all too much either: everything is in focus. No object isolation.

The problem with CDAF are moving subject, fast ones. Especially to you or away from you. Birds in flight; the same thing.

DSLRs are much better here, not just, much better.

What data do you have to support that judgment?

One would think common sense is sufficient.

the latest generation of CDAF can stand a comparison with more ordinary DSLRs.

No they don't.

the difference between top end and lower end SLR's AF is mostly in the number of AF points and the ability to move to a different focus point while maintain tracking. actual speed difference is minimal.

This is what a lowly 60D can do. 9 AF points, what they call "super rebel"

Crap photo, yeah, but I don't really want photos of LWDs.

And of course, let's not forget:

Why are you even here? I'm pretty sure you don't actually know what the focussing capabilities of M4/3s  actually are.

there is a big difference in DOF between those shots which kind of shows how accurate an AF system can be.

The time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time.

It's pretty obvious that the focus in my shot is smack on the dogs face.

You can argue DOF differences if that's what turns you on. I'll leave you to it.
