Bizarre greens

The attached file is from a Sony RAW file converted to JPEG but otherwise unedited except for size reduction. It's typical of a few dozen images I shot this afternoon. The color of the dog is not far off, but the grass is a hypersaturated green. This is a brand new phenomenon. I can't even come close to correcting the green without destroying the other colors. Any ideas what's happening, and what to do about it?

The camera is a Sony NEX 6. Lens is a Sony Zeiss 16-80. The RAW file was opened in CS 6 and converted to JPEG. Both camera and lens have been performing very well until now.
