if you don't have a 200mm or 300mm zoom lens then CROP CROP CROP!

One of the many reasons you find your images unflattering is because there are just too much of unnecessary spaces and objects in it, fill your frame with the action and only the action itself. Try to mimic the images taken by pro sport photographers. Wish you all the best.

Oh and did I mention that sometimes motion blur (slow shutter speed) can be interesting? It makes us think that the subject is actually "moving"
