In camera histogram not correct and different to LR histogram

Why Olympus PL3 and Panasonic G3 raw images play back mode histogram calculation is shifted to the right and shows clipping, when LR 4.4 displays the same image without any described flaws?

In LR histogram is correct and no clipping.

Clipping is usually on sky grey/white clouds area and in camera display half of sky may blink clipping red but when looked later with LR there rarely is any clipping at all.

As a result I often use -1 exposure compensation, when actually it isn't needed.

I'm not sure about pre shoot histogram as I have used to inspect result after first shot and fix errors with next shot.

I shoot only RAW.
