Well, other than the Tamron I believe those are all FX lenses.  The 70-200 f/2.8 is a beast of a lens; you could conceivably downside the lenses.  Keeping the 70-300 (which is still FX) and perhaps the 60 and replacing the others.  If you can deal with a variable aperture, the 16-85 might be a decent replacement for the 24-120.

I have a D5100, 17-70 Sigma, 55-200, 8mm Samyang Fisheye and the 35mm.  I go back and forth between it and my m43 gear, but I only have the small m43 equipment (a GF5, the 20mm pancake and the 14-42 PZ pancake).  DSLR needs a camera bag to go around with; the m43 gear fits in my pants.  I think a APS-C DSLR and "big" m43 camera overlap too much.  Although I understand the dilema.  I mean, if I ended up with a E-P5 would I still need the DSLR?

Having camera's so good you can't decide if you need both of them is a good problem to have though :).
