Truthfully, watching your video, I didn't notice what you were saying until you pointed it out. I was under the impression that ALL fast lenses (f/1.4 and faster) suffer from CA.

I was watching the movie Oblivion and they used f/2 and wider in the people shots quite a bit. Not a bit of color fringing which I found impressive. However, in the movies Argo and Contagion they use fast lenses wide open and you could see color fringing in almost every shot. That's the nature of the beast apparently.
