I'm a Lightroom user, but I'd be very curious to know how Aperture handles the X-trans RAW file, now that it's official. Have any Aperture users dusted off the software, updated it and tested out a file? Please share your thoughts and comparisons.

So when preview and thumbnail will recognize RAF X series files in MAC?

(If I'm understanding your question correctly...)

This isn't an update for Mac OSX. Aperture is an application like Lightroom, Capture One Pro, etc.

Actually it is. The RAW support for RAF X includes preview and thumbnails as well. You can even crop a RAW, with preview, but you won't be able to save it back as a raw of course. It actually forces you to create a TIFF if you try to edit it.
