Samsung US Service: Great!
I am super impressed with the speed of the Samsung US Service center, Eunicore center in NJ. I shipped my NX20 the same day I ordered the NX300 for the viewfinder diopter, last Saturday at 4 pm, and I had both cameras by noon today. Samsung basically only had my camera 24 to 36 hours before shipping it back
My only complaint was they didn't put any sheet in the box saying what they did with the camera, but they did in fact fix it. These are nice to know what to expect with your return. They did have a sheet saying it was operating like new though.
I was afraid they would have my camera for months since NX cameras don't sell that well in the states. I must say I am pleasantly surprised with their service, based on what I have dealt with from other companies.
I have no affiliation with Samsung, and of course your experience might differ, but I am glad their service for my NX20 in the states went a lot better than I was expecting.
